Customers complained about the ink not staying on the shirts, but it could have been something that I did wrong. I will change my review when I'm able to test it on different materials. 11/22/2020 UPDATE: I have to update my review due to the great customer service that I received from Tony (the seller). The problem was my fault due to not using the right type of material. Thank you Tony for reaching out to me to solve the issue. I will buy from you again!!

it did not work for me 2 of the carts were bad and couldnt be replaced we tried to figure out what was wrong with it but it simple 2 bad carts the ink wont go thru to print on the paper. wish it did work cause now im out on money and had to buy a whole new kit else where waiting on it still.
